Appointment Coordinator
LOCATION
Greve Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, in-person position
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong communication and organization skills, self-management capabilities, and a valid driver's license are required. Preferred experience includes 2 years in customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive service calls, schedule appointments, advise customers on needed services, follow up on appointments, and utilize CRM systems for customer marketing.

Responsibilities

- Receive all incoming service calls.
- Establish relationships with customers wishing to make an appointment.
- Schedule service appointments for customers with the service department.
- Advise customers of needed factory required services.
- Responsible for following up on booked and missed appointments.
- Make proactive outbound calls to develop business from our customer data base.
- Organize and market to customers using campaigns from our CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) or from our internal sales program.

Job Requirements:
- Knowledge and well versed in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Communication skills, both internal and external.
- Organization skills
- Able to manage one’s self to create, implement and report back the results of any promotion or campaign that is implemented.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
