Honda of North Hollywood is under new ownership and expanding! We are looking for qualified, motivated and exceptional individulas to become part of our team.

As a BDC Representative, you?re one of the most important team members at Honda of North Hollywood. You?re a critical point of contact, primarily for our Sales Department guests, and your communication is critical in creating a super experience. You will handle all incoming calls for the Sales departments, as well as performing follow up to invite guests to the dealership.

We?re looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us, for someone who already has customer service or a general sales background (like electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)

What You?ll Do:

• Communicate effectively with Sales guests according to their preferred method of communication be it phone, text,chat or email.
• Respond to guest and team inquiries in a timely fashion
• Make outbound follow up calls to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
• Contact all ?no-shows? to reschedule any missed appointments
• Schedule prospective customers for test drive opportunities
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day

What You?ll Need:

• Full-time availability. You?ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver?s license and acceptable driving record
• Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with both staff and guests
• Be able to work comfortably both with guests in-person and via phone calls, emails, text messaging and online chatExcellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
• Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
• Current, valid driver?s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• All potential employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
