Your Team Responsibilities
MSCI is looking for an Art Director to join our growing in-house creative team. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role combines creative concept generation with high-quality design, direction, and strategy. You will work closely with your ACD/Sr. Copywriter partner to produce exceptional digital campaigns.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content for social media, video, email, sales materials, event promotions, and more.
- Lead concept development for new campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand visual identity (VI).
- Collaborate with product marketers, research content marketing, and design teams to create holistic campaigns.
- Define and expand on our brand VI, leading projects’ creative style and artistic approach.
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to creative team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Identify new opportunities and trends in the market to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Degree in related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Art Director and/or 5+ years as a Sr. Designer at an agency or in-house creative team.
- Knowledge of financial services and B2B marketing is a plus.
- Proven expertise in video and social content creation.
- Ability to craft big ideas and experiences for multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Experience mentoring creative team members and providing clear direction.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering cohesive and impactful creative content.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
