Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, or related field; 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Support, Sales, Marketing, or Buying in relevant sectors; strong customer service and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of home textiles is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Foster relationships with buyers, assist in creating sales presentations, prepare line sheets, manage order processes, stay updated on home design trends, refresh showroom displays, and coordinate with Production team on orders and samples.

The Assistant Account Executive will support customer relations and client growth by collaborating with design and production teams while ensuring optimal service delivery and trend alignment in home décor products.

Our extraordinary in-house design team offers inspired new ideas curated with our worldwide partnerships from renowned manufacturing facilities to showcase luxurious, trendsetting, high fashion décor for the home. Our products include but not limited to: pillows, bedding, furniture, pet accessories, tabletops, table linen, and more.

As an Assistant Account Executive, you will support our efforts to build strong customer relationships and help grow our client base. You’ll work closely with our Design and Production teams to ensure we deliver excellent service and meet our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with buyers by keeping in regular contact and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Assist in creating engaging sales presentations for buyer meetings that effectively showcase our products.
  • Prepare and organize line sheets to ensure accurate and appealing product information is available.
  • Create and update item setups in customer portals to facilitate smooth order processing.
  • Help manage the order process from receipt to delivery, ensuring everything is handled efficiently.
  • Keep informed about the latest trends in home design and décor to better support our clients.
  • Develop knowledge of the assigned product categories to assist buyers and enhance sales efforts.
  • Help refresh and update showroom displays to maintain a visually appealing presentation of our products.
  • Work closely with the Production team to assist with samples and stay updated on order completion timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Service/Administrative Support/Sales/Marketing/Buying in fashion, wholesale, home goods, or consumer products.
  • Versatile, self-motivated, and innovative individual with keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as within a group.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite; excellent Excel skills.
  • Eager to stay current on design trends in the consumer home market.
  • Working knowledge of home textiles (bedding, pillows, table/kitchen linen), fabrics, textile printing methods, and embroideries is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
