Assistant Brand Manager - 2
LOCATION
Winston-Salem, North Carolina (hybrid options may be available)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, or related field, with 1-2 years of work experience or successful internships in a related field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Brand Manager in project management, market research, product and packaging tracking, communication with licensors, consumer correspondence, inventory management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Assist the Brand Manager in maintaining organization within the department, managing projects, and supporting brand and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment focused on producing high-quality socks.
Summary:
This position works closely with the Brand Manager providing support to maintain a high level of organization in the department as well as proactively managing project-based work.
Major Responsibilities:

Brand Management
- Assist with market research and competitive analysis to define the brand strategy and season development through data driven decisions
- Assist with communication to licensors on various needs throughout the year. Including development status, sales updates, marketing and promotional plans, sample deliveries.
- Manage and coordinate samples, showrooms, trade shows, promotional needs, go-to- market needs
- Work with internal and external creative resources as needed for catalogs, packaging, meeting preparation, and signage
- Consumer Correspondence – respond to consumer communications and customer service needs
- Maintain product and packaging tracking sheets. Execute the Packaging List – the process of assigning packaging to our products.
Marketing- Support Brand Manager with inventory management and product life cycle management
- Daily communication with cross functional teams to ensure development flows effectively and efficiently.
- Provide support as it relates to meeting prep, promotional activity execution, and sales tracking

- Ability to take broad direction then executing specific requirements
- Organized with the ability to maintain progress against multiple assignments and activities concurrently
- Strong at working in a fast-paced environment as a team and individual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and with partners outside of the organization
- Self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Highly detail oriented and accurate
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 1-2 years' work experience/ successful internships in related field
