JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING

Work as a full-time core member of the Heineken Brand Team, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager – while also supporting the wider team across the whole marketing mix as required. The role offers a wide range of experience and exposure across the business.

Reporting to: Senior Brand Manager (Heineken Brand)

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Execution:

    • Contribute to annual Brand Planning, providing input on annual basis.
    • Lead designated elements of campaign implementation ensuring best-in-class execution.
    • Take responsibility for ownership of specific projects with a high focus on music & sports experiences
    • Communication and collaboration of ongoing plans to commercial and trade teams, as well as global teams.
    • Act as a Champion of best practice sharing.

Project Ownership and Budget Management:

    • Lead the budget management process ensuring team adherence to spend allocations.
    • Lead key projects e.g., execution of sponsorship/experiential activities, line extension marketing plans, BTL channel support.

Product and Trade Management:

    • Work with supply chain and trade marketing managers on the creation and delivery of new branded materials.
    • Influence and educate trade/sales teams with up-to-date information on brand and activity.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Third-level business qualification in Marketing or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or related discipline.
  • Strong process management and presentation skills.
  • Passion for brands and exposure to current marketing trends.
  • Experience in budget management and agency collaboration.
  • Good awareness of the beverage category and brand strategy implications.
  • Understanding of channel segmentation and brand activation & experience.
  • Analytical skills for effective monitoring and reporting on brand performance.
