Job Summary
We are seeking a savvy marketing professional with experience in content & digital marketing, event planning, marketing analytics, and internal communications. In this role, you will focus on two major areas: 1) producing and managing digital marketing content to attract talent and 2) evaluating and providing options to improve team member engagement. You will have sole responsibility for coordination and rollout of planned initiatives (events/activities) supported by operations leadership. Responsibilities will also include mapping out how we measure efforts taken. The ideal candidate will stay informed on marketing best practices and have strengths in critical thinking, working independently, prioritization, project management, interpersonal skills, research, analysis, writing, and graphic design
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and deploy internal surveys and maintain a schedule that supports company goals.
- Synthesize results and report trends and insights to leadership.
- Develop and manage a company events calendar to support employee wellbeing.
Community Engagement
- Visit satellite offices and JMS Schools to collaborate with local leadership at each office and collect quality content for ads, testimonials, and social media campaigns.
- Respond to social media reviews in a timely manner.
- Use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to evaluate, monitor, and adjust the company website to support high visibility and click-throughs and drive applicant traffic.
Event Management
- Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters.
- Work with the recruiting team to organize and execute events to orient and onboard effectively.
- Manage and execute company events to drive engagement across two brands.
Content Creation & Delivery
- Create and schedule internal marketing campaigns to engage team members in-person and digitally, including via social media.
- Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of promotional materials and decorations for all company locations, including routinely refreshing station monitors to ensure content is engaging and relevant.
- Assess and refresh company presentations and training materials to ensure adherence to branding guidelines.
- Manage all company accounts for social media platforms to ensure consistent activity is a blend of educational, informative, and celebratory and the content is diverse (i.e., varies between videos, infographics, ads, etc.).
- Draft and deploy internal communications as needed for HR-specific initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Use metrics and KPIs to track productivity and performance on all campaigns, social media accounts, and events.
- Conduct regular research on brand management, engagement, community outreach, and digital marketing best practices and share learnings with immediate team.
- Consistently stay informed on new marketing processes and strategies to best serve the company and communicate all new initiatives.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting, marketing, communications, and/or event management experience
- Proficient in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console
- Ability to post, comment, and schedule content on social media including Facebook and Instagram
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to travel 25-30% rotating through company locations and visiting local organizations
