Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Client Relations Coordinator to manage client interactions and support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client concerns, assisting with sales processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Monitor client satisfaction and work proactively to address concerns, providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to foster ongoing communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Provide administrative support during the sales process, including handling client inquiries and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM system with client information and interactions.
- Track client accounts and work with the sales team to ensure all deliverables are on schedule.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have all necessary resources and are set up for success.
- Organize training sessions or product demonstrations as needed to help clients maximize the value of services/products.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, such as product, marketing, and technical support, to ensure that client needs are addressed effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to deliver seamless client service.
- Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve products, services, and client experiences.
- Prepare and present reports on client activities, issues, and resolutions to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in client relationship management, customer service, or sales support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Knowledge of the industry in which the company operates.
- Ability to present and convey complex information clearly to clients.
