Bizzetta is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our Chicago team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of corporate events, workshops, and promotional activities. Salary Range:
$45,000 –$55,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, including logistics, vendor communication, and on-site support.
Manage event timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure event success.
Assist with event setup, including décor, technology, and registration areas.
Track event budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Monitor event-related materials, including promotional items, signage, and attendee lists.
Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
