THE JOB:

As an Assistant General Manager at Piny Ring/The Vault inside Bellagio, you will set the stage for exceptional hospitality, delivering WOW-worthy experiences with your friendly demeanor and top-notch service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies to produce short-term profitability.

  • Execute on the restaurant’s business plan and assist General Manager with developing and executing tactics to achieve goals and targets.

  • Interacts with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of dining experience.

  • Responsible for execution of policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, menus, rules and regulations for the restaurant staff.

  • Owns restaurant’s execution of F&B and/or company-wide initiatives and programs.

  • Maintains excellent knowledge of venue’s food & beverage products, menu items.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 2+ years prior relevant experience in an assistant general manager role, preferably within ultra-luxury nightlife and/or lounge

  • Previous experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement

  • A track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating memorable and personalized experiences for guests.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work well with others to achieve common goals.
