Salary Range: $75,000 to $100,000

5 Day Work Week

Monday-Friday 9 AM to 6 PM & Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

Assist in the store's daily operations
Navigate state-of-the-art technology for planning and tracking activities to maximize opportunities
Actively lead team and individuals to achieve sales goals
Utilize A-Lane for vehicle appraisals
Accurately complete all financing paperwork and submit to financing sources
Prepare and execute paperwork and contracts for vehicle delivery
Excel in customer satisfaction performance
Work and collaborate with other team members and departments

Requirements:

A stellar automotive sales background
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Strong follow-up and lead management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
