Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and implement them into our marketing strategy.
Marketing Material Development
- Design and produce marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and email campaigns.
- Assist with creating video and photo content for digital platforms.
- Ensure all materials align with the brand’s voice and visual identity.
Outreach and Business Development
- Research and connect with potential clients, partners, and sponsors.
- Develop outreach plans to promote services and workshops.
- Assist with organizing and executing community events and partnerships.
Website Management
- Update and maintain website content, including blogs, events, and service pages.
- Monitor site performance and recommend improvements for user experience.
- Optimize the website for SEO to improve visibility and traffic.
Executive Assistant Support
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the business owner.
- Handle email correspondence and administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain files, contracts, and business documents.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in a similar role (e.g., marketing assistant, executive assistant, or social media manager).
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress or Wix; SEO knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
