Summary:

The Associate Director of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and Cause Campaigns is responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) partner accounts, programs, and campaigns within JHACH’s 11-county market area. This role includes managing a portfolio of assigned partners and programs while building and maintaining strong relationships. Key responsibilities include: solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship of partners and programs; planning and leading visits, tours, kick-off events, and other engagement activities; providing timely and thorough communication to partners; and educating and training partners on their campaigns. The Associate Director will maintain a comprehensive understanding of all CMNH partners and programs to develop strategic plans and deliver effective support. Additionally, they will help identify and develop local cause campaigns to further JHACH’s mission.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Salary Range: Minimum 29.74 per hour - Maximum 47.58 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
