QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Analytics, with 5-7 years of marketing experience; 3-5 years in digital marketing or media strategy; experience with CPG, D2C, or specialty commerce brands.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
As an Associate Manager of Monetization Strategy, drive the development of programming packages and retail media network offerings while collaborating with various teams to enhance Lowe's marketing strategy and increment revenue.
Your Impact
The Associate Manager, Monetization Strategy is an important member of the LORMN monetization strategy & integrated planning team. Associates will be responsible for: 1. The development and the go-to-market (GTM) roll-out of incremental programming packages and Retail Media Network (RMN) offerings. 2. Collaboration with Brand, Product Marketing & Vendor Funded Marketing teams on upcoming campaigns and GTM initiatives by designing and implementing custom media programs to drive business KPIs. 3. Partnering with the enterprise marketing integrated planning team to harmonize and raise visibility of retail media network initiatives. In accomplishing these responsibilities, the Associate Manager, Monetization Strategy will partner closely with the Director of Monetization Strategy in addition to enterprise marketing and retail media client services, media planning and ad operations in producing high quality programming that meets client KPIs and advances investments based on performance. This individual demonstrates the ability to be a self-starter and create process and new steps from start to finish.
What you will do:
Develops the go-to-market (GTM) roll-out of incremental programming packages and Retail Media Network (RMN) offerings
Coordinates GTM readiness – demand scoping, programing/product specs, pricing, pitch materials – for new LORMN monetization packages and channel roll-outs
Collaborates with LORMN (client services, ops & insights) in addition to brand marketing/enterprise media planning in the execution of harmonized programming
Identifies monetization opportunities across the enterprise, creating business cases and socializing roles and responsibilities and new ways of working with cross-function teams
Drives outcomes that lead to incremental revenue through monetization efforts that are mutually beneficial to Lowe’s holistic marketing strategy
Partners with the LORMN project management team responsible for operationalizing and harmonizing LORMN calendars within the enterprise marketing calendar
Works collaboratively and cross-functionally to identify and plan needed capabilities to move LORMN media planning efforts forward
Applies a firm understanding of marketing objectives and category strategies, audience, product relationship, creative strategy and the consumer purchase journey to the creation of monetization vendor packages
This position manages/supervises people
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Finance, Analytics and 5-7 years' experience in Marketing Required
3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing strategy, marketing analytics or related field
3-5 years' experience in full funnel Media Strategy and/or Planning in CPG or specialty commerce with exposure to broader marketing strategy
1-2 years' experience presenting to or working with CPG, D2C, or specialty commerce brands
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years Digital Marketing Analytics
1-2 years Campaign Management & Media Operations
