Associate Brand Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of related experience or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience; skincare or beauty experience desired; expertise in 360° campaigns and omnichannel marketing strategies; strong communication and analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Analyze customer insights to shape brand positioning, manage Brand Marketing calendar, support product innovation and go-to-market processes, stay updated on industry trends, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute omnichannel strategies.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Assist in developing and executing brand marketing strategies for Rodan + Fields, focusing on product launches and ensuring consistent messaging across various marketing channels.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or advanced degree with 2 years of experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Skincare or Beauty experience desired.
- Proven expertise in creating and executing 360° campaigns across all consumer touchpoints
- Understanding of omnichannel and digital marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage partnerships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and ability to communicate simply and succinctly.
- Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
- Ability to collect, analyze and derive business and/or customer insights working with the insights and analytics team to shape strategic brand positioning and identify opportunities for disruptive campaigns.
- Collect and share-out post-campaign learnings to inform future campaigns/activations.
- Help manage Brand Marketing calendar and Creative Brief process, ensuring we are hitting key milestones and crucial shareout moments with key stakeholders.
- Help managing product portfolio to include new product development, SKU rationalization, mix strategies and profit optimization.
- Work with the cross functional product development team to ensure calendar alignment.
- Support the go-to-market process for product innovation, including marketing plans, selling tools, and forecasting volume and growth expectations.
- Stay attuned to industry trends and emerging channels, translating insights into actionable ideas that drive brand differentiation and relevance.
- Partner with Digital and Retail Marketing teams to helpl execute omnichannel strategies that enhance the brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Strong critical thinking with proven expertise in problem solving
- Strong understanding of different marketing disciplines and channels (i.e. digital, social, loyalty, PR)
- Ability to effectively partner and motivate cross-functional stakeholders.
