The Associate Brand Marketing Manager will play key role as a member of the Avadim Marketing team in ensuring alignment of brand strategies with the overall company strategies to drive profitable growth. This individual will embrace the company’s current relationships and partnerships, to help execute brand plans inclusive of digital marketing tactics and trade show coordination. This individual will help to lead cross-functional partners from insights to actions in developing communication, track timelines to meet deadlines/milestones for key sales events and engagements and complete data analyses on marketing performance. Additionally, this individual will help to execute strong financial performance and help manage the marketing budget. The Associate Brand Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage multiple marketing projects concurrently in support of Clinical Health marketing and business strategies.
- Lead and work closely with key cross-functional team members across Sales, Key Opinion Leaders, Creative Design, Finance, Marketing, Regulatory/Legal and external partners.
- Coordinate trade show plans, processes, and execution throughout the year for large trade show events with all key partners, and measure reach and performance post-events.
- Organize, manage inventory and printing of all marketing collateral for sales efforts.
- Interact with Key Opinion Leaders and Sales partners on a regular basis; coordinate payments and meeting agendas for Medical Advisory Board.
- Support tactical marketing initiatives in partnership with sales and agency partners.
- Facilitate day-to-day execution of marketing tactics to support digital plan, including email blasts, social media posts, website, etc.
- Gather, synthesize and analyze data to draw actionable insights and make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate troubleshooting and team solutions / tradeoffs as issues or hurdles arise during projects.
- Own the management of the marketing budget with inputs and guidance from finance partners and manager.
- Ad hoc business analyses or marketing related tasks as needed.
Who You Are:
You are a motivated marketer and/or event planner with interest in building clinical marketing skills with experience in project management. You have the ability to inspire and partner with team members and agency partners to execute against brand strategy deliver results. You are highly detail oriented, and are comfortable managing many tasks and projects at once. You are solution oriented, can see the big picture and have the ability to story-tell to various audiences, both internally and externally. Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to deliver results, you bring a positive, energetic communication style and are flexible and resilient. A highly entrepreneurial environment excites you and you’re comfortable with ambiguity and can effectively cope with change, are open to doing things differently, shift gears comfortably. Emerging clinical trends in health and wellness and driving high successful events with customers is something that highly interests you.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or project management.
- Clinical Health and/or Medical Device / Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience in planning, organizing and executing events with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Understanding of insights and data analyses to inform strategy and story-telling.
- Experience managing a budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to analyze results and turn into action.
- Experience leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to enable brand building preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization committed to driving growth.
- Exceptional personal and professional skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
