SHORT DESCRIPTION
As an Associate Campaign Analyst at Sojern, you will enhance operational efficiency by supporting digital advertising campaigns, ensuring data quality, and fostering collaboration among teams in a dynamic travel-centric environment.
Position summary:
The Associate Campaign Analyst role drives operational efficiency throughout the company and this fast-paced position supports multiple teams, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to our dynamic, travel-centric environment. In the Associate Analyst role you will play a critical role within the team by ensuring our digital advertising campaigns are structured effectively, provide accurate data for decision-making, meet client requests promptly, and develop improved methods to maintain data quality across our systems. This role involves exposure to Sojern's digital advertising channels, including Display, Facebook, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented and capable of communicating information and recommendations to various teams across the business.
What you will do:
- Develop and optimize processes for digital advertising campaigns (Programmatic, Facebook/Instagram/Meta, and/or Search Engine Marketing) which contribute to running campaigns at expected performance metrics and benchmarks.
- Define a campaign's target needs, requirements, and plans to meet those targets by working with the internal Client Success and Sales teams.
- Create processes to track outcomes of optimizations to show the value of changes.
- Work closely with Sojern's trafficking team to improve campaign creation processes.
- Create best practices documentation and roll out your techniques to the Client Success and fellow AdOps team members globally.
- Develop Tableau dashboards that allow Leadership and others to view the Sojern's business in a meaningful way and allow the AdOps team to more efficiently perform day-to-day responsibilities.
- Communicate your insights and techniques to multiple internal stakeholders; diligent written and excellent presentation skills are key.
- Be rigorously Data Driven in every aspect of your work, insights, and communications.
What you bring to the table:
- BS in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- 1+ years experience in an Analytical role.
- Experience with Display Programmatic and/or other equivalent digital advertising channels. Inventory Curation, Facebook/Instagram/Meta, and/or Search Engine Marketing experience preferred.
- Experience extracting, analyzing, and sharing insights derived from data using various tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau preferred.
- A positive attitude each day. As a team, we support each other through training and ad hoc help.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, balance multiple priorities, and work with remote offices
