Associate Director, Client Finance

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; over 7 years of experience in Client Finance, FP&A, or related finance roles; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and enterprise-level financial systems; strong judgment and ability to work independently.

Manage financial aspects of an Operating Company with $40M+ revenue, provide guidance on financial health, conduct financial reviews, prepare data for board presentations, hire and mentor finance team members, and communicate financial status regularly.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Client Finance Associate Director to oversee financial management, collaborate with business leaders, and enhance the financial health of accounts while transforming healthcare experiences through effective insights and strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day financial management in partnership with business leads and teams.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Operating Company and account leads to discuss financial matters.
- Perform monthly financial reviews of top clients.
- Collaborate with business leaders to prepare data for board presentations, including analysis of revenue, staff costs, and profitability.
- Provide financial training tailored to varied audiences within the Operating Company.
- Analyze client servicing and growth potential through team mix reviews.
- Hire, train, and mentor finance team members.
- Oversee revenue recognition and perform reconciliations.
- Communicate financial status to Client Finance leadership and Global CFO regularly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and client deliverables.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Over 7 years of experience in Client Finance, FP&A, or related finance roles.
- Previous experience in an Advertising or Public Relations firm.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and enterprise level financial systems.
- Strong judgment, self motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Detail oriented with a track record of delivering quality work.
- Proactive in fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to adjust priorities in response to changing demands and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members as needed.
