3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in-house; beauty industry experience is a plus; proficiency with EMV, Tribe Dynamics, and experience managing influencer data and outreach.

Join ColourPop as an Associate Manager of Influencer Marketing to develop and execute strategies that enhance influencer relationships and drive brand engagement while working closely with e-commerce and social teams.

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing to join our team. This role will be hybrid from our Sherman Oaks office.Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the execution of the paid and organic influencer marketing program for all launches, campaigns, seasonal moments and drive an “always-on” strategy for ongoing, evergreen influencer campaigns.
- Manage macro influencer relationships & data within influencer CRM/performance platforms.
- Strategically scale ColourPop’s macro influencer program and report on top drivers and overall performance.
- Assist in managing end-to-end campaign process, ensuring we hit key KPIs per tier and troubleshooting as needed
- Support on reporting structures and weekly and monthly updates/progress reports
- Day-to-day oversight on all influencer initiatives, tracking progress against key performance indicators and identifying opportunities to scale.
- Work with Manager and Director to define and report against goals and KPIs for influencer, ensuring they are being met and scaled, including EMV, impressions, community size, engagement, etc.
- Partner with the ecomm/paid media and social team to execute engagement-driving and revenue-driving content.
- Stay on the cutting edge of influencer marketing and bring disruptive new ideas or platforms to the table.
- Lead managing process of recruiting new macro influencers and maintaining current community of influencer
- Partner with Manager and Director on always-on ambassador programs
- Manage partnerships with influencer data platforms Tribe Dynamics and Grin to ensure we’re always abreast of news within the platform
- Attend events and support experiential projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing in-house
- Beauty industry experience major plus
- Experience with EMV and Tribe Top 10 highly preferred
- Experience project managing gifting campaigns from start to finish.
- Experience managing influencer data, outreach, and performance within influencer marketing platforms.
- Experience with influencer networking and events.
- Experience with influencer data platforms like Grin, LoudCrowd and Tribe Dynamics
