SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Associate Manager, Media Planning & Strategy at Lowe's will develop multi-channel media plans and oversee the roll-out of programming packages while ensuring alignment with client needs and performance goals.

Your Impact
The Associate Manager, Media Planning & Strategy is an important member of the Lowe's Media Network (LMN) Monetization Strategy & Integrated Planning team. This role will be responsible for the development of multi-channel (onsite, offsite) brand & agency approved media plans aligned to client KPIs and category relevant performance recommendations. They willl oversee the development of the Go To Market (GTM) roll-out of incremental programming packages and LMN offerings. In accomplishing these responsibilities, the Associate Manager, Media Planning & Strategy will partner closely with the Director of Monetization Strategy & Integrated Planning, the Manager Media Planning & Strategy in addition to Client Services and Ad Operations in producing high quality programming that meets client KPIs and advances investments based on performance.


What you will do

  • Supports Manager by providing key analysis, insights and trends inclusive of client facing analysis of the media plan.

  • Creates recommendations for the Manager on targeting, geography, scheduling, support level and budget for the media plan.

  • Contributes to the development of budget allocations across media, media mix scenarios, resulting in strategic and effective media plans.

  • Completes media plans final inventory checks and assisting ad operations in audience activation when necessary.

  • Engages in campaign maintenance & optimization ensuring quality control and adherence to overall media plan objectives based on client commitment.

  • Communicates the media objectives, strategies and executional guidelines to the ad operations team ensuring alignment.

  • Cross collaborates with LMN (client services, ops & insights) in addition to brand marketing/enterprise media planning in the execution of harmonized programming.

  • Prepares & presents plans and supporting performance documentation to the client brand group, with assistance where necessary from Media, sales and analytics leadership.

  • Manages GTM readiness through demand scoping with client services team, reviewing calendar alignment with events teams, programming/product specs, pricing in partnership with yield manager, pitch materials, reporting and tech dependencies – for new LMN monetization packages and channel roll-outs.

  • Manages and monitors performance against revenue goals and partner with client services team to source demand.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Finance, Analytics and 5-7 years' experience in Marketing

  • 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing strategy, marketing analytics or related field

  • 3-5 years' experience in full funnel Media Strategy and/or Planning in CPG or specialty commerce with exposure to broader marketing strategy

  • 1-2 years' experience presenting to or working with CPG, D2C, or specialty commerce brands

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 tears Digital Marketing Analytics

  • 1-2 years Campaign Management & Media Operations

  • IAB Digital Media Buying and Planning Certification

  • Google Analytics Certification

  • Trade Desk Certified: Data Driven Planning

Pay Range: $81,200.00 - $135,400.00 annually
