Associate Marketing Manager
LOCATION
Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related major; 4-6 years of B2B Marketing or relevant experience; Healthcare-Technology experience preferred; Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Strong problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage conference strategies and attendance, execute marketing campaigns for social media, email, events, and product launches, oversee website content, collaborate with the sales team for lead generation, create messaging for sales collateral, measure campaign success using reporting tools, manage clients and partnerships through CRM, maintain brand initiatives, and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Associate Marketing Manager will manage, execute, and analyze marketing strategies to support brand initiatives and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing, executing, and analyzing marketing strategies. They will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with measurable business objectives. In addition, this individual will support brand initiatives such as sales collateral, webinars, and Social Media. This role requires a firm understanding of business-to-business (B2B) marketing. This position reports to the Cheif Revenue Officer
Key Responsibilties:
- Manages all Conference strategies and attendance in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer
- Manages marketing campaigns for social media, email, events, and product launches.
- Manages the website for all content and products
- Work with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns drive lead generation
- Creates messaging for sales collateral
- Measures and communicates the success of campaigns and digital performance using relevant reporting tools
- Uses CRM to manage all current and potential Clients and Partnerships
- Maintains FinPay Brand Initiatives
- Completes other reasonable duties as requested by leadership
