HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Executes go-to-market strategies for the yearbook division. Responsible for ensuring consistent execution of positioning, branded collateral, annual events, product offerings, packaging, external sales enablement materials, customer resources, launches and other sales enablement activities that support the adoption of our products and services by customers and business partners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develops positioning for offerings to ensure consistent and differentiated messages that map to buyer need, personas, and influencers along a client lifecycle
- Executes product launches – works with cross-functional teams in client services, product management, marketing and sales to ensure the alignment and flawless execution of go-to-market strategies that identify routes to market, content offerings, pricing strategy, sales and partner materials
- Contributes content for ongoing webinars and assets to drive MQL goals and seed the sales pipeline
- Collaborates with sales and partner teams to develop materials that enable teams to sell and deliver new offerings (such as proposal templates, discovery questionnaires, and presentation assets)
- Interacts with business and operational executives, along with industry thought leaders to synthesize compelling messaging and positioning that provides differentiated competitive advantage
- Collaborates with members of the creative and technology product marketing teams, as well as cross-functionally across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, remain organized and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
- Self-motivated team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot focus of responsibilities in a smooth and efficient manner
- Incorporate customer-centric values and SPIRIT principles into the company's mission, vision, and core values.
- The ability to communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization efficiently and effectively.
- Knowledge of Federal and State Human Resource related laws and regulations.
- Must be comfortable with conflict resolution.
- Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point required
Education/Experience
- Industry experience preferred, including previous yearbook staff, advising or company experience, including working with students.
- Proven creative and graphic design capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent analytical skills and project management capabilities
- Strong client focus with exceptional collaborative and influencing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and major desktop publishing (Adobe Suite) and other creative tools.
- Experience marketing to, working with, or working in education technology space preferred.
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
- Moderate noise (i.e., phone calls, online meetings, computer audio)
