NAVEX is a leading provider of Governance, Regulatory and Compliance (GRC) services. We are expanding our go-to-market approach for small and medium-sized business through e-commerce and updated product offerings for regulatory compliance training and employee whistleblowing and incident management reporting. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate E-commerce Marketing Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing inbound and outbound marketing programs to drive traffic to our e-commerce platform through various marketing channels, and continually optimize conversions through testing and targeting. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of optimizing conversion rates and maximizing revenue.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for products offered through our e-commerce platforms, including driving traffic and increasing conversion rates
- Manage all aspects of targeted inbound and outbound marketing campaigns designed to drive growth, including paid search, paid social, organic search, organic social, email, and other channels. You will work with cross-functional teams on aspects of campaign execution.
- Build testing into campaigns to continually improve campaign performance
- Drive the landing page experience to continually improve conversion rates and maximize revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing content team to develop compelling and engaging content for marketing campaigns
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Manage the marketing budget for e-commerce campaigns effectively, allocating resources to campaigns with the highest potential for ROI
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of direct experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of managing integrated, multi-channel digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid search, paid social, organic search, and email marketing
- Strong experience and expertise in inbound and outbound marketing, including email and database marketing, and especially digital marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights; must have the confidence to make informed decisions and act on them
- Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on driving measurable outcomes
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer value in everything you do, enabling you to see the bigger picture while executing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; strong organization and prioritization skills are a must
- A mindset for optimization and testing, with a track record of constantly improving various programs and testing new approaches
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
- Ability to drive results through your job competencies of effective communication, product and industry knowledge (service), and service-oriented problem solving
- Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instils trust

- The starting pay range for this role is $80,000+ per annum.
