As an AT&T Customer Representative, you will encourage sales by providing expert customer service, helping customers find suitable solutions, and building relationships within the community.

As an AT&T Customer Representative, you’ll be a key part of our team, working directly with client representatives and members of the local community. Your job will be to encourage sales by helping customers find the right solutions to meet their needs, all while providing professional customer service and creating a positive experience.

AT&T Customer Representative Responsibilities:

  • Focus on the development and implementation of sales strategies that include proper and direct communication of client products and services
  • Help customers find the best solutions by providing expert advice on products, benefits, discounts, and industry trends
  • Build a strong understanding of our client’s needs and expectations through hands-on training and experience
  • Use client-provided technology to deliver quick and efficient customer service
  • Collaborate regularly with leadership to review goals, track progress, and ensure customer satisfaction

AT&T Customer Representative Preferred Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED (required)
  • Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or related fields (preferred)
  • A friendly, professional attitude—whether you’re in the office or talking to customers
  • Willingness to learn and grow through our entry-level training program
  • Strong time-management and communication skills to stay on top of daily and weekly tasks
  • Flexibility to adapt to new trends, business changes, and client needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
