AT&T Sales Representative (Authorized Retailer)

As an AT&T Retail Sales Representative team member you will help with customer engagement, brand awareness and event promotional events in our retail locations.

AT&T Sales Representative Role:

• Build retail brand awareness.
• Assist new and current customers, representing AT&T’s Wireless, Internet, and TV services.
• Handle new accounts, service upgrades, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend company meetings and keeping up on product knowledge.
• Drive sales while contributing to a supportive and fun team environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a background check.
• 3+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Reliable transportation needed for commuting between our office and store.
• Strong work ethic and great communication skills.
