About Audience Acquisition Specialist
Accountabilities
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, native ad networks, and other relevant channels to acquire new subscribers.
- Test new ad formats, creative concepts, and audience segments to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets to achieve subscriber acquisition goals while maintaining a target cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Continuously monitor spend and adjust as needed to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the design and copy teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide creative revisions and future content.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as CPA, ROI, click-through rates, and subscriber retention rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to optimize performance.
- Generate insights and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors.
- Identify emerging channels and opportunities for audience growth.
Qualifications
- 2 plus years of experience in media buying, performance marketing, or a similar role, ideally in a direct-to-consumer or email marketing-focused business
- Proven experience running campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, native advertising networks, and TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with ad management platforms, campaign tracking tools, and CRM/email platforms
- Strong creative instincts to guide ad design and copy
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and list-building strategies.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing or programmatic advertising.
