QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required, 4 years of customer service experience preferred, prior sales or call center experience, strong computer and phone skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a valid driver's license.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Train and motivate the Internet Sales Team, develop customer relationships, provide training and support to sales staff, manage productivity of the sales department, facilitate regular sales training, and achieve target conversion metrics.

Seeking an experienced Internet Manager to lead the Internet Sales Team at Reliable Chevrolet, focusing on training, customer relationship building, and achieving sales goals.
Reliable Chevrolet has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Internet Manager. This is a big opportunity for the right candidate.
Must be able to train/motivate on the basics, proper follow-up, appointment setting, and achieving target conversion metrics.
We need a highly energetic, hands-on go-getter who can set the pace, drive volume, and lead the Internet Sales Team.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Help manage the productivity of the sales department
- Facilitate regular sales training to continue team growth Desired Skills, Qualifications, and
Experience:
- Dealership Sales experience
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a robust customer network
- Answer internet leads in a timely manner by phone or email
- Reach store goals and produce a 12-15% closing ratio on internet leads
- Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for clients Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, and Licenses)
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior sales, call center, internet department or BDC experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bi-lingual is always a plus!
- Strong computer & phone skills (E-Leads, Reports, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
