We are looking for individuals with a strong, previous, Marketing experience (BDC) with a willingness to transition as a Salesperson. In today's world of car sales, marketing skills are needed as well as the talent of a Salesperson to satisfy today's customer. You will be responsible for immediately reaching out to new leads as well as assisting customers with scheduled test drives, and completing the sale. Communications with customers will be done using our CRM and phone, email and text messaging.

Working previously as a Marketer, you will bring many great skills that will carry over well in to Sales. This is a unique opportunity that we are excited about.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs.
  • Assist clients to identify a vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new products, features, and accessories.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to the client.
  • Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
  • Daily follow up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • Experienced Marketing and willing to do Automotive Sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team setting.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to dealerships guidelines.

Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
