Knoxville Motor Company, part of the Furrow Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to take the reins at Parkside Auto, an all-new dealership set to redefine the pre-owned automotive market. You’ll play a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing team while implementing innovative strategies to drive success.

Located on Parkside Drive in the former Land Rover Knoxville building, Parkside Auto is undergoing a stunning transformation to create an eye-catching, modern showroom. With an indoor display for up to 15 vehicles and 110 exterior retail display spaces, Parkside Auto is designed to stand out in the pre-owned automotive market.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and training sales team to efficiently and profitably execute our “ONE PRICE, NO HAGGLE” strategy
• Develop initial inventory plan, acquire inventory, and manage use of the most up-to-date tools and best business practices
• Assist in marketing the Parkside Auto brand and inventory using digital and traditional sources.
• Manage all retail sales including desking deals
• Work closely with finance team to expedite the purchasing process, whether customer is in the showroom, online, or on the phone
• Assist in development and promotion of Pre-Owned Buying Center, willing to buy all makes and models with no purchase from Parkside Auto necessary

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales or operations management
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Strategic thinker with a passion for customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with inventory management and automotive marketing is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
