QUALIFICATIONS
1 year of sales experience required, outgoing personality, skilled in relationship building and social media marketing, positive attitude, strong work ethic, good verbal communication and organizational skills, internet savvy, and bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Assist customers in vehicle selection, negotiate sales, explain vehicle features, communicate finance requirements, follow dealership policies, maximize CRM tools for sales, self-generate leads, and follow up with prospective customers.

Duties:
Our sales consultants are on the front line of the growth and development of the company! They guide customers through the selection, purchasing, and delivery of a vehicle. Our consultants have a great opportunity to meet their own high sales expectations with our constantly improving and exciting product line. They have the freedom to earn and sell as much as they want with innovative tools to track and maximize sales. Credit Masters are highly encouraged to self-generate their own leads, for even more success! With our paid training, development, and growth opportunities, this position puts both the company and the individual on the path to greatness! BDC representatives are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Help customers with vehicle selection, including promoting model options and features and purchase and finance options
- Negotiate the sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
- Follow dealership policies and procedures
- Help facilitate delivery of vehicles by providing a clear explanation of the vehicle and its features, operations, and warranty
- Clearly communicate the finance requirements of purchase
- Maximize the available tools and features of our CRM in order to convert a high percentage of leads to sales
- Self-generate leads and have a high percentage of those leads to sales
- Follow up with prospective customers and return emails and voicemails
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Skilled at developing leads through social media
- Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance
- Must have good verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Must be internet savvy with good computer skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Minimum 1 year sales experience required (this is general sales experience, and NOT specifically automotive sales experience)
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly desired
- Monday-Friday and Weekend Availability needed

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
