Automotive Sales Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a valid driver's license and clean background check; experience in automotive sales, customer service or related fields is beneficial; excellent communication and multi-tasking skills; internet savvy and motivated to achieve customer satisfaction; bilingual is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact and communicate with customers to identify their automotive needs, building rapport for referrals; guide customers through the sales process including presentations, test drives, and transaction paperwork; follow up with potential customers and manage incoming leads; make outbound calls and maintain customer relationships.

Job Requirements
- Must be hard-working-internet savvy and willing to go the extra mile in customer satisfaction
- Contacting and communicating with customers to identify automotive needs
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Sales Specialist work with customers through each and every step of the sales process. Communicating to customers and Interviewing customers to determine their needs and wants
- Presenting our vehicles, taking test drives
- Processing transaction paperwork
- Following up with potential customers
- Must make outbound calls
- Great Customer Service Skills & Motivation to be Successful
- Excellent phone presence
- Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Prior Automotive Sales, Call Center, BDC Experience a plus
- Follow-up on incoming leads
- Great Communication Skills
- Able to multi-task
- Bi-lingual is always a plus!
