RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate daily with supervisors, visit dealerships to photograph vehicles, capture videos and create window stickers, interact with dealership staff, and upload materials to the company's server.

Diamondlot is one of the nation’s leading providers in the automotive industry of High-Quality Digital Photography Full Motion and Spin Car Video, Data Collection, Inventory Management, Window sticker Labeling and Online Digital Marketing.
We provide on-the-lot services and in-house solutions to car dealer franchises.
Our head office is based in Costa Mesa, and we have dealership relationships in the Southern California region covering Orange County / Los Angeles / Riverside/ Inland Empire/ Ventura and San Diego. We are currently growing our presence in these areas and are looking to hire additional trainee Part-Time employees during this period with the potential to move to a Full-time position in the near future.

DiamondLot.com is seekng an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an entry level trainee photographer, in an interesting and fast-paced profession.

THIS IS WHAT WE DO:
- Communicate each morning with your supervisor by phone, text or email regularly to discuss the outline of the day ahead and discuss any pertinent information.
- Visit days scheduled dealership locations to perform contracted services for our clients
- Upon arrival, walk the lot and make notes on outstanding vehicles without photography and gather keys
- Select vehicle in the company provided tablet add applicable data and start timer.
- Take a pre-agreed sequence of Photographs at the client sites using the company-provided camera,
- Capture a brief “walk-around” video of vehicles as needed
- Capture 360-degree spin Video as needed
- Print Window Stickers and Buyer’s Guides as needed and apply them to vehicles using a printer provided by the company
- Interact with dealership personnel during the visit to ensure that all available vehicles are photographed, and that dealer is satisfied with our work before moving to the next scheduled stop.
- After our last scheduled visit, upload the photographs and video clips to our company's server.
From our junior field techs to our Master field techs, we understand the importance of taking ownership of our dealerships photographs and pride ourselves on providing the highest quality, consistent, uniform images we can knowing by doing this we help those dealers promote their product in the best light possible, so they catch the eye of potential buyers first in a fierce competitive market and help them gain the advantage to sell more vehicles. We recognize that without our dealers we have nothing.
HERE'S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
· A Valid U.S. driving license with a clean record,
· A reliable dependable vehicle with appropriate vehicle insurance
· Minimum three-year driving record (preferred)
· One-year manual transmission experience (preferred)
- Basic computer and technical skills to navigate various software programs
- A reliable computer (PC) with a minimum 256k and a High- Speed internet connection for data transfer
- Presentable appearance (company shirts provided)
- A desire and willingness to learn the art, skills and craft of taking a superior vehicle photograph.
- An eye for detail to identify catch and rectify errors
- To be committed to learning the process and sticking to it.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Goal oriented, our techs generally photograph anywhere from between 200 to 600 vehicles per month
- Task Oriented to get the job done no matter the hurdles needed to overcome
- Able to quickly learn
- Organized and methodical
- Committed and dedicated to learning the art, and hone the skills required to become a successful photographer.
- Identify and find efficiencies to speed up their productivity.
- Able to move quickly whilst maintaining and producing high quality, consistent, uniformed well framed images.
- Self-disciplined willing and ready to work unsupervised much of the time.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willing and ready to Interact with dealership personnel during visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- comfortable initiating conversations with all levels of dealership staff to build rapport and a strong relationship with key individuals at each dealership.
- Committed to using technology and reports to help identify vehicle that have missing photographs and actively seek them out.
