SHORT DESCRIPTION
A critical role in the Rewards product team focusing on product strategy, innovation, and portfolio monitoring across various aspects of Cards product management.
This is a critical role for the Rewards product team, supporting efforts in building an effective product strategy, exploring potential innovation opportunities, and building the infrastructure for portfolio monitoring. The person in this role will be exposed to all aspects of Cards product management, including acquisitions, existing customer management, marketing, analytics, finance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisitions Tracking and Analytics:
Track and monitor acquisition MIS metrics for all acquiring Rewards products
Create and update managerial reports to track portfolio and highlight risks and opportunities (including channel and customer mix, CPA, approval and response rates, etc.)
Portfolio Strategy and Monitoring: Periodically review the No Fee Product P&L and various other analytics dashboards to analyze data, identify gaps and opportunities, and track key business drivers such as spend, activation, attrition, and payment rate, and find insights that help inform short and long-term strategy.
Competitive Research: Track ever-evolving No Fee competitive landscape, and build point of views on various aspect of product (including offer strategy, pricing, value proposition, marketing investment) to stay competitive
Product Marketing: Review, provide feedback and approve creatives for No Fee Rewards ECM and acquisitions assets. Partner with the marketing team on day-to-day activities (digital content, newsletters, etc.) to deliver on the product-specific communication strategy to increase customer awareness of the product value prop and benefits.
Customer Experience: Partner closely with CX and Customer Service teams through product specific forums, call monitoring and NPS/ J.D. Power survey reviews, to quickly identify and address customer pain points, understand their needs and opportunities in communication, process optimization or other areas of improvement.
Control: Support the identification and resolution of issues to ensure an effective control environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5-8 years related experience and/or 2+ years of Citi experience in a Leadership Associate program.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills, particularly with identifying insights from data.
Creative and customer first mindset preferred.
