AVP, Marketing Services Specialist - Nuveen
This role is responsible for updating and maintaining marketing materials supporting Nuveen’s broad investment platform. Primary duties include sourcing and implementing data and content changes, dynamic programming of materials through our internal technology platform, interfacing with marketing team members, compliance, sales, product and investment teams while serving as a point-person for the content. Duties also include assisting in managing off-shore resources. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, manage multiple deadlines and be a self-starter. This individual will report to the VP of Marketing Services.
Key Responsibilities and Duties* Knowledge of Seismic application, especially LiveDoc programming and maintenance (establishing templates and data feeds, content manager organization) and Microsoft PowerPoint plugin. * Knowledge of private markets and their products. * Work within established design guidelines and templates to deliver effective collateral, ex: pitch books, factsheets, commentaries. * Assist with data entry, quarterly updates, and other production duties as needed to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects. * Embrace internal technology and workflow tools to leverage to their greatest impact. Ex: Seismic, Workfront, Red Oak AdMaster. * Work closely with other business units and investment specialists to help coordinate fulfillment of core marketing materials. * Collaborate with broader team to generate creative approaches and fresh ideas. * Take initiative to explore new approaches to increase efficiency and improve processes without sacrificing creativity or quality.

Preferred Qualifications:* 5+ years of Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and other MarTech tools including but not limited to Seismic * Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Experience with Workfront and AdMaster a plus * Interest in the Financial Services industry a plus
