Job Summary:
The B2B Demand Generation Manager is responsible for the conception, creation, and deployment of strategic online and offline marketing campaigns to drive inbound leads into the organization that drives opportunities and most importantly close business for our Enterprise Installation and Product Businesses.
Our installation business focusses on In-Building Commercial Cellular Booster Systems. We operate nationwide in the USA and Canada.
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to get our message to our target audiences and industry verticals, generate qualified leads, and optimize the performance of our online and offline campaigns.
It’s critical that you have both strategic as well as real world experience in implementing various online and offline digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work with the marketing team and other resources to plan execute and optimize lead acquisition campaigns including online (e.g., AdWords, email, retargeting, social media, SEO, content-syndication, blog writing) and off-line (e.g., trade shows, local events) programs
- Create growth and nurture programs for specific brands and industry segments
- As needed, plan and produce content that can be used to drive demand generation programs (e.g., blogs, videos, landing pages, and ad copy)
- Work with the sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
- Work with stakeholders to collect business requirements, understand the market needs and target relevant industries
- Work as a liaison to Manufacturers to co-ordinate and fund campaigns
- Analyze data to determine trends and insights to help direct the business
- Understand our lead management metrics and calculate conversion rates and ROAS
- Develop appropriate KPIs and maintain reporting around channel and project successes
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field with extensive hands-on B2B experience.
- 7+ years of experience managing B2B marketing programs for medium/large businesses (Paid media, email marketing, webinars, lead nurture, SEM, SEO, social, etc.)
- Professional Service industry experience is a huge bonus
- Deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, and demonstrated success in launching programs that significantly grew sales pipeline
- Demonstrated understanding of how to utilize marketing automation, CRM platforms and other technologies to drive B2B strategies and success
- Experience in using CRM Tools
- Experience in Analyzing data from Google Analytics, Google Ads
- Excellent writer and communicator
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to optimize campaigns, develop improved reporting, and conduct ad hoc analytical projects
- Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
