Seeking a Growth Lead to revolutionize the mortgage industry through innovative demand generation strategies and a robust B2B acquisition framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., email, paid media, content marketing, SEO/SEM) to drive qualified leads and conversions.
- Optimize the Funnel: Collaborate with sales and product teams to build, track, and optimize the lead-to-customer funnel.
- Content-Driven Engagement: Partner with content creators to craft messaging that highlights product value, resonates with fintech audiences, and drives engagement.
- Leverage Marketing Technology: Own and optimize marketing tech stack tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to enhance campaign performance and reporting.
- Analyze and Report Performance: Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline growth) and use data to inform strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaigns that align with product launches and broader company initiatives.
