AAA is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and manage marketing programs for B2B and HR initiatives while contributing to the strategic planning and execution of marketing efforts.
AAA is hiring for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth for different business lines within ACA, as well as for the development and management of Business to Business (B2B) and human resources marketing programs, implementation and results. Our ideal candidate will specifically have B2B Marketing/HR marketing experience.

What You'll Do:
- Manage marketing efforts for brand position and awareness for ACA B2B businesses fleet automotive care and HR recruitment and benefit marketing.
- Lead the implementation of all tactical marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing activities to help drive lead generation across all marketing touch points.
- Participate with Agency senior leaders in strategic planning, contributing to the overall vision and direction for the B2B marketing programs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to achieve targeted new sales and revenue goals.
- Monitor actual new business results versus plan (holistically and by tactic) and respond to both positive and negative trends with revised tactics. Work closely with partners and the Business Lines to measure and adjust existing programs or develop new, more effective tactics, as necessary.
- Assess existing programs and recommend strategies and tactics to help create broad impact, scalable and efficient marketing strategies to reach business line goals.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to build and implement marketing programs in order to achieve the annual new revenue goals for ACA.
- Achieve cost efficiencies by overseeing all marketing messaging and ensure messaging is consistent with the brand message to leverage the marketing dollars spent including partnering with internal and external partners to maximize resources and enhance the business line messaging across all channels.
- Partner with Business Line Leadership to create new business events, partnerships and programs to drive business line goals. Conceive and direct new initiatives that will serve to gain exposure, generate revenue and maintain a strong brand identity for the designated business line.
- Work with external organization partners and internal and external teams to create and implement B2B marketing tools and materials including creative assets, direct campaigns, digital campaigns, email campaigns, collateral materials and content efforts.
- Oversee all programs and initiatives that transpire through the marketing services department or external partner services such as special events, advertising, direct response programs, sales support, digital activity, sponsorships, social media implementation, media relations, website presence, client proposal templates and problem solving.
- Present new strategies for acquiring new audiences and retaining existing audiences to senior management.
- Understand and maximize target audience segmentation throughout all marketing tactics to implement a multi-tiered target audience strategy for lead and client acquisition efforts.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelors’ degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 4-5+ years’ experience with B2B marketing, direct marketing, and or HR marketing
- Comprehensive understanding of the marketing discipline, including principles and functions, consumer research and methodologies for quantifying results.
- Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to work effectively managing a variety of projects and tasks requiring significant interaction with others outside the department. Flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in priorities.
- Ability to analyze results and identify and implement strategies to improve business results.
- Proven planning and budgeting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Desktop computing skills, including the use of standard business application software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, MAC Quark, Adobe desktop publishing, etc.).
