Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented B2B eCommerce Sales Manager to spearhead our online sales initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce within the pet supply industry and a passion for driving growth and building lasting relationships with our business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to boost online sales in the B2B segment, focusing on online retailers, veterinarians, and other partners.
  • Lead the eCommerce department to achieve sales targets and drive overall business growth.
  • Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that promote our product offerings and increase brand visibility.
  • Optimize the eCommerce platform for customer experience and sales performance, ensuring a seamless purchasing process.
  • Cultivate relationships with key accounts and partners, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.

Experience

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field with a strong focus on business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams successfully.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with experience in account management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience in technical sales is a plus, providing insights into product offerings and customer needs.
