Our bakery is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a friendly, creative, and motivated Bakery Sales & Events Associate to join us! If you’re passionate about hospitality, marketing, and event sales, this role might be perfect for you. Based in the North Houston/Cypress area, we’re excited to find someone eager to dive into the event and wedding industry alongside us.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with customers to design their dream cakes and desserts for weddings, parties, and special events.

• Host tastings for wedding couples and make their experience unforgettable.

• Network with event coordinators, venue managers, and other industry professionals.

• Represent our bakery at open houses, markets, and industry events.

• Professionally and promptly respond to emails, social media messages, and phone calls.

• Create engaging daily social media posts to promote our products and events.

• Brainstorm and implement creative marketing ideas, sales strategies, and product launches.

Who You Are:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at follow-up.

• Passionate about weddings, events, and celebrations of all kinds.

• Social media-savvy, with a creative eye for content that stands out.

• Positive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible and available for mornings, weekends, and occasional evenings.

• Bilingual candidates are a plus, but it’s not required!

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or the bakery industry.

• Knowledge of cake decorating or food safety practices.

Pay: Starting at $15/hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule: Tuesday thru Saturday (Occasional Sunday or evening event)
