Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the internet sales department
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and lead generation
- Cold call potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential sales opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize sales revenue
- Utilize software tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales progress
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote the company's products and services
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Drive sales by upselling products and services to customers

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in an internet sales role
- Strong cold calling skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to identify sales opportunities
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms for the company
- Proficiency in using software tools for customer relationship management (CRM)
