Jack Madden Ford is seeking a motivated entry-level team member for their Service Business Development Center, offering growth opportunities. The role involves customer service interaction and appointment scheduling for vehicle service.

Jack Madden Ford is looking for a motivated team member in our Service Business Development Center. The position is Entry Level with plenty of Opportunity for Growth within the Organization! The Service BDC is responsible for making service appointments for customers and is the frontline of communication in a customer’s service experience. A successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have a pleasant personality. Working knowledge of the Eleads CRM is a Huge Plus! Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments.
  • Making outbound call, generate service appointments and log all customer comments.
  • Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
  • Reschedule no-show customer appointments.
  • Schedule future contact as needed.
  • Generate emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.
  • Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
  • Respond to customer website requests.

Qualifications

  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Previous experience with phones or telemarketing experience highly preferable
  • Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with any potential client/customer.
  • First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to initiate dialogue with Service Manager and communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.
  • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Preferable knowledge of working Microsoft Word, computer literate/knowledge, data entry skills'
