Position: Business Development Executive (Urgently Required)
Location: Mumbai (willing to travel to Mumbai & Pune as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand the company's customer base.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and business presentations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations tailored to the client's needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and other business growth objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and generate regular reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development roles (freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Willingness to travel to Mumbai and Pune for business development activities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
