Bilingual Insurance Account Manager

Pelham, AL
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in insurance), excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, bilingual in Spanish/English required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide customer service to policyholders, answer inquiries, process policy changes, resolve complaints, assist in claim filing, maintain records of customer interactions, and promote additional insurance products.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Account Manager will deliver excellent customer service both to policyholders and prospects, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while possessing a strong understanding of insurance products.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from policyholders and prospects.
- Provide information about insurance products, coverage, and policies.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Investigate and resolve policyholder complaints, billing issues, and claims inquiries.
- Assist policyholders in filing claims and provide guidance on claim procedures.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update policyholder information as required.
- Promote additional insurance products and services to policyholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
