SHORT DESCRIPTION
Part-time role focused on front desk management, graphic design, and social media management, requiring bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
JOB DUTIES
Front Desk Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse, bilingual client base, providing a welcoming and professional experience. Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, emails and text, providing information in both languages as needed.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events, communicating effectively for staff.
- Perform administrative tasks and assisting owner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a positive impression in a bilingual environment.
Graphic Design:
- Create designs for print and digital media, considering bilingual content when necessary.
- Utilize design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, incorporating bilingual elements into designs as required.
- Collaborate with clients to understand design needs, effectively communicating and translating ideas in both English and Spanish.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, particularly those relevant to bilingual markets and tools.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage our social media strategy, creating content that appeals to both English and Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, understanding the nuances of bilingual communication.
- Manage customer interactions on social media in both languages, providing timely and professional responses.
- Stay updated with the latest social media practices and technologies, particularly those effective in bilingual communities.
- Work closely with owner to ensure brand's core vision is consistency in both English and Spanish content.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 36 per week
