SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a passionate and experienced Lead BCBA to oversee clinical services at Spark ABA LLC, providing high-quality care to children with autism in a supportive environment.

Spark ABA LLC is a new and growing ABA therapy clinic dedicated to providing life-changing services to children with autism and their families in Fort Bend County, including Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, and surrounding areas. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, individualized care while fostering a collaborative, supportive environment for both clients and staff.

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly motivated BCBA to serve as the Lead BCBA at our clinic. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level, lead a dynamic team, and make a lasting impact on the community.

Position Overview:
As the Lead BCBA, you will serve as the primary clinical leader of Spark ABA LLC, responsible for overseeing all clinical services, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians). You will be instrumental in shaping our clinical programs and ensuring excellence in client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main BCBA in charge of clinical operations and oversee the implementation of ABA therapy services.
  • Conduct assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs and other team members to ensure fidelity of interventions and ongoing professional growth.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a supportive care network.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards set by the BACB.
  • Actively contribute to the growth and success of the clinic, including participating in marketing efforts, community outreach, and strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • At least 5 years of experience providing ABA services, with a proven track record of leadership and clinical excellence.
  • Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and behavior reduction.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and other clinicians.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for working with children with autism and their families.
