Marketing Content Manager Job Description:
The Marketing Content Manager will be part of the marketing team and is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager with social media, online advertising, and content creation across our programs. The goal of the small but mighty marketing team is to drive qualified leads for the sales team and increase brand awareness in our target markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to- day content calendar for email marketing, social media and blog posts
- Collaborate with marketing team and cross-department teams on marketing content
- Write blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns
- Analyze performance results of all content and iterate as needed
- Create graphics for marketing content
- Manage online ads including: A/B testing with content and audiences, analyzing results, and iterating.
- Gather positive feedback from clients to create content pieces such as testimonials, case studies and thought leadership pieces
- Gathering information on possible marketing partnerships through outreach and meeting with potential partners
- Edit photos, logos and videos, as needed
- Assist with conference efforts, as needed
- Send email campaigns, as needed
- Write press releases and coordinate submissions to media
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years or more experience with omni-channel marketing in the B2B space
- Creative writing skills with the ability to capture customer voice for different service lines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly detail-oriented
- Aptitude for learning new programs and tools quickly and efficiently
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Exceptional and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated knowledge of business, sales and marketing
- Experience editing videos, or the ability and willingness to learn
- Adaptability and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Experience successfully working remote

- Canva
- G-Suite
- Meta Business Suite/Ad Management
- LinkedIn and LinkedIn Advertising
- X
- BlueSky (familiarity preferred)
- TikTok (familiarity preferred)
- YouTube
- Writing long and short-form content for email campaigns, blog posts, and social media posts in the B2B space
- Managing or contributing to content calendars
- Pulling and synthesizing social media analytics for reporting
Preferred Skills:
- Working with content management on websites
- Understanding of SEO and GEO (AI) principles
- Experience with Google Analytics
