Branch Engagement Manager - Low Voltage Team
LOCATION
Remote with heavy travel required (50% to 75%)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar; 2-5+ years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles; experience in systems integration preferred; strong communication and presentation skills; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; willingness to travel.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking two proactive Branch Engagement Managers to educate and engage key stakeholders at branch-level systems integrator accounts, enhancing the adoption of low voltage products and solutions.
You’ll leverage your keen abilities to connect with people, overcome challenges, and deliver exceptional customer experiences to identify and engage branch level sales, engineering, and purchasing associates and drive adoption of our low voltage products.
This role requires a proactive mindset, adaptability, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams while driving measurable outcomes.
While this role offers a remote work arrangement, heavy travel (50% to 75%) is required.
Branch Engagement (80%)
- Establish and nurture relationships with branch-level decision-makers, including application engineers, sales representatives, and buyers
- Drive branch-level adoption of our solutions through personalized engagements such as in-person visits, technical training sessions, and tailored presentations
- Execute the E3 engagement strategy by achieving milestones for priority branches:
- Engage: Initiate contact and build trust through calls, emails, and meetings
- Educate: Deliver product training sessions to highlight advantages and applications
- Entertain: Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders through informal events and gatherings
- Gather actionable insights during engagements to share with the Sales Enablement and Marketing teams, supporting the development of tools and resources for deeper branch-level impact
- Develop branch-specific case studies to demonstrate success stories and build internal momentum within accounts
- Provide regular reports on engagement progress, challenges, and opportunities to the GCG Low Voltage Program Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- 2-5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B or technical fields; experience in the wire and cable or low-voltage industries strongly preferred
- Experience in the systems integration space (security, fire, life safety, audio / visual, or IT networking)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Background in delivering technical training or workshops
- Willingness to travel 50-75% for in-person branch engagements
- Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, dependent heavily on experience working with systems integrators and knowledge of low-voltage cabling
