Brand Ambassador - Nicotine, Cannabis And Hemp Products

Cultivated Agency is the marketing arm for our in-house brands in the nicotine, hemp and cannabis space. We have been in the business of creating brands for seven years plus.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and personable full-time Brand Ambassadors to join our team. In this role, you will act as the front line representative for our brands. Our Brand Ambassadors play a vital role in implementing sales and marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, and maintaining customer engagement and retention.

Position Overview: As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, responsible for promoting our brands, engaging with buyers and consumers, and building strong relationships with potential clients. In this position, your goal is to help generate leads, increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and convert sales through in person demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring awareness to our brands, through influencing, guerilla marketing activities and brand identity.
• Uphold the company's reputation and explain to customers why you believe in the brand and its products.
• Educate both new and current customers alike about our products through in-person promotions and demonstrations as well as grassroots marketing techniques.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product offerings (including all promotions, selling points, and initiatives that are being offered and on which items).
• Organize and coordinate your retail and wholesale demonstrations with the Traditional Marketing Coordinator, Sales Reps, and Dispensary Store Managers.
• Build rapport with new and existing customers to gain customer loyalty.
• Engage with customers at in-person events, expos, and trade shows, discussing brands and products through the direction of management.
• Assist in the set up and arranging of product displays and demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
• Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to support market and sales research efforts.
• Collaborate with other Brand Ambassadors to provide coverage for conventions, expos, and special events as needed.
• Commit to a minimum of two promotions daily for at least four days per week (preferably five). We guarantee 30-40 hours of work each week, with the possibility of adjusting schedules to include weekends.
• Willingness and clearance to travel locally and across the United States.

Qualifications:

• At least one (1) year of experience with brand, product, or influencer marketing (2+ preferred)
• A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and market trends is essential.
• Interest in cannabis, nicotine, hemp and related industries
• Outgoing personality; ability to connect with different types of people
• Self starter mindset
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel. You will be reimbursed for gas mileage.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in cannabis, nicotine and/or hemp (Must be of legal age to work within these industries.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
