Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in various settings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our products and possess the ability to communicate effectively, creating a positive experience for potential customers. This role requires a proactive approach to marketing and customer interaction, making it essential for the Brand Ambassador to be personable, approachable, and knowledgeable about our offerings.

Duties

• Engage with customers at our Kiosk shop at BWI airport, and to promote brand awareness with travelers
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Collect data on customer feedback and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Checkout customers via our POS system

• Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate product information.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
• Ability to collect and analyze data from customer interactions for future marketing efforts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.55 - $23.36 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
