As a Brand & Content Manager, you will elevate the brand's presence through content strategy, social media engagement, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
As the Brand & Content Manager, you will oversee the brand’s content strategy, social media presence, influencer and UGC collaborations, and brand partnerships through PR initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to elevate our brand and maximize customer impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Direction
- Develop and refine the brand’s voice, positioning, and messaging to resonate with target audiences.
- Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy across website, email, social media, paid ads, and other marketing channels.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand objectives and drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.
2. Social Media Management
- Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, tone, and messaging.
- Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok and other relevant platforms.
- Engage with the community, responding to comments and fostering brand loyalty.
- Optimize social media strategies based on performance insights and trends.
3. UGC & Influencer Collaborations
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships to drive brand credibility and awareness.
- Collaborate with UGC creators to produce high-quality content for the brand.
- Build relationships with brand ambassadors and creators to amplify our content reach.
- Track influencer and UGC performance metrics to optimize future collaborations.
4. Brand Partnerships & PR
- Develop PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Secure media coverage through press releases, collaborations, and strategic storytelling.
- Coordinate product launches with technical press
- Identify partnership opportunities with complementary brands for co-marketing initiatives.
- Foster relationships with industry publications, journalists, and bloggers to amplify our brand presence.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with a keen understanding of consumer psychology.
- Experience managing content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and performance analytics.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to content optimization.
- Experience working with UGC campaigns, influencer marketing, or PR.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
